Wholesale Terms:
To uphold the value of our Carolina Kids label, we sell only to upscale children's boutique stores dealing in quality merchandise. The distribution of the Carolina Kids brand in your geographical location is also a factor in the approval process. Wholesale clients must not sell current designs via online auction sites. This is to protect our clients with storefront locations and the value of our merchandise. Wholesale accounts will be terminated on any stores found violating this selling policy. All accounts are subject to approval. Once approved, you will receive information on placing your wholesale order. We reserve the right to cancel accounts for any reason if our policies are not upheld.

Order Requirements:
Minimum order is 10 outfits. A size run must be ordered in each selected design style. Re-orders have a 3 pc minimum are subject to availability.

Payment:
Accepted method of payments are by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Am Ex) , paypal, check or money order. Due to a few bad apples we no longer ship COD period. No exceptions. If you wish to pay via check instead of credit card we are happy to discuss that option with you. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Carolina Kids". A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Any account who's payment is 60 days late will be subject to a 10% late charge added to the total amount due. Any account delinquent 90 days will be canceled, wholesale buying privileges will be revoked, and legal papers will be filed for collection.

Shipping:
Estimated shipping time for Spring/Summer items Jan 1st-March 30th. Estimated shipping time for Fall begins June 25th -Sept 30th. Items will be shipped upon completion. Wholesale shipping prices are based on the quantity of items ordered. If you need an order quickly for a store opening or other event, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you. Orders placed after production has started may result in a later delivery date.

Refunds/Returns:
We stand by the quality of our products and inspect each piece before it is shipped. Items are custom made to order, so all sales are final and no refunds will be given. If there is a problem with any item you have received, please notify us within one week of delivery date and we will be happy to exchange it for you. No refunds will be given on original or return shipping.

Size Runs:
Our designs are available in the following size runs for girls: infant 9M 12M 18M 24M. Toddler 2T 3T 4T little girls 4 5 6 and 6X. and girls size 7 8 10. Boys sizes when available are from 12 month- 4T.

PRIVACY
Your security and privacy are important to us. We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise make available your personal information to outside advertisers.
